Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized products, gift cards, or items on sale. Returns of beauty, hazardous, or perishable items are also not accepted. If unsure, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union Customers

For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
