📦 Shipping Methods
- Express Shipping: Delivered in 3–7 business days (actual delivery may vary by carrier and destination).
- Standard Shipping: Delivered in 5–9 business days.
- Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.
- Free shipping on all orders over $100.
📧 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please check your inbox or spam folder. You can also track your order here.
🔁 Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@fuguijewelry.com. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping label.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. You’ll be notified via email. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
