Global Data Operations Analyst

Responisibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of the Finance Master Data processes by the third-party service provider to ensure consistency and accuracy in all areas.
  • Act as level 3 escalation support.
  • Knowledge/Support in all areas and exception approval/rejection/escalation in close cooperation with GDO Manager.
  • Minimize process exceptions, where necessary ensure any deviation adhere to Global Data Standards and the Service Catalogue.
  • As Data Business Partner ensure collaboration with markets and Offshore teams is and remains productive.
  • Closely work with the corresponding Global Data Owner to drive continuous improvement, delivering projects and process standardisation to improve data quality, user experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Design of training materials, deliver training programmes for the business and Offshore teams, participate and drive best practice forums - all in close cooperation with the GDO.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Accounting/Finance.
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred but not required.
  • Experience using ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Proven proficiency with Excel.
  • Experience from Financial Master Data maintenance is highly preferred.
  • Minium 5 years of over all experience with Two (2) plus years of experience within Finance ideally with experience of working in a project environment.
  • ‘Data mindset’ with good understanding of different ERP platforms and Data Governance tools.
  • Hands-on experience in data management & process improvement.
  • Should Flexble for US working hours.

Business Process Owner (BPO) - Quality

Reckitt the home of global brands such as Dettol, Finish, Durex and Gaviscon is recruiting for a Business Process Owner (BPO) Quality. This is a strategic and challenging role designing & deploying optimised Quality Business Processes and technologically driven solutions in SAP systems.  The role involves working with various business units, locally and globally, across manufacturing and commercial, ensuring compliance with globally defined processes.
 

What you will be doing:

  • Support the design and implementation of end-to-end quality processes, including quality control, quality assurance, laboratory excellence, inspections, results recording, usage disposition, stock statuses, stability, release process (within both markets/factories), etc.
  • Structure, present and facilitate fit & change workshops to identify site/country variances to the global template operating mode
  • Ensure financial, operational  and compliance controls are in place and embedded within the process
  • Support the deployment/implementation of a Global Template (SAP solution and standard Business Processes) specifically in the area of Quality.
  • Have responsibility for the governance of the Template.
  • Lead process governance meetings (PODs) and attend Change Control meetings
  • Review local process variations to standard model in alignment with principles defined by the Global Process Owners (GPO) or Functional Leaders
  • To drive or support with change management or business readiness activities triggered from any project initiatives, and/or in-flight deployments
  • Point of escalation for any process related change request from deployment teams.
  • Write, review and sign off process documentation & SOP’s including country localisations
  • Work with country/factory teams to drive the implementation of pre-requisites and alignment to operating model
  • To compile or maintain the Global Template Documentation to keep accurate and current
     

What we are looking for:

  • Degree qualified in the relevant discipline
  • Experience of working in a Manufacturing Quality function in a global organisation (ideally 10+ years experience)
  • FMCG experience desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP QM (User Level)
     

Travel requirements:

  • Approx. up to 40%-50% travel to international Reckitt locations as and when required 
 

Business Process Owner (BPO) - Logistics

Reckitt are recruiting for a Business Process Owner - Logistics within the demand and planning commercial team. You will be responsible for the design, identification, development and deployment of global business processes and systems for the area of Logistics and Embellishment (Supply).


What you will be doing: 

  • Articulate the benefits associated with business process and global standardisation with adoption of the Turbo SAP template including the areas of: Warehouse inventory, goods in management, stock returns, outbound deliveries, third party warehouse interfaces and Custom manufacturing;
  • Acts as custodian of end-to-end business processes (L1-L4) including:
    • High level business process flows
    • Fully documented Global Business Process template design for each sub-process
    • Control and reports within each process
    • Related master data and buy-sell factors
    • Training documentation and resources
    • Leading Communities of Practice (CoP) global Super-User (SU) team meetings, agenda and action follow up
  • Represents Business Process at individual Fit/Gap sessions in markets to ensure all business requirements are considered (and documented via User Requirements specification)
  • Proposes standard template solutions to market specific requirement customizations
  • Follow governance model for alignment/approval of template changes/enhancements
  • Create, update and maintain relevant documentation based on changes to global template (including SOPs, User Guides, training materials)
  • Define, execute and approval of system testing (including scripts)
  • Be Responsible for the resolution of issues, risks and business impacts for owned processes
  • Identify internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard Turbo end-to-end process


What we are looking for: 

  • Experience in SAP (Turbo) essential 
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Experience in resolving business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver the project and support goals
