Return & Refund Policy
Please review our return and refund policy before placing your GOLD FILLED wholesale jewelry order. This policy applies to standard website orders, bulk orders, custom jewelry, private label projects, and wholesale support from fg.wholesale.jewelry.
14-Day Return Window
We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, with tags if applicable, and in their original packaging.
You will need to provide your order number, the email used at checkout, and proof of purchase when contacting us.
Returns must be reviewed and approved before any items are sent back.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns must be approved by our team first so we can provide the correct return instructions.
If your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a confirmed damaged item.
Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
Please inspect your GOLD FILLED jewelry order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will review the issue and help determine the next step. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another solution.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom jewelry
- Personalized products
- Private label or logo items
- Custom packaging orders
- Bulk or special-order wholesale items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been used, worn, altered, damaged, or repackaged after delivery
Bulk Orders, Custom Jewelry & Private Label Orders
Bulk GOLD FILLED jewelry orders, custom jewelry, logo jewelry, private label projects, and custom packaging orders are prepared based on customer request and are generally not eligible for return or cancellation once confirmed.
Please review all product details, quantities, materials, logo files, packaging details, and custom requirements carefully before confirming a bulk or custom order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fuguijewelry.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, been packed, shipped, or moved into custom production.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after your return request has been reviewed and accepted.
For wholesale customers, we recommend contacting us first so we can review the best option based on your order type and inventory availability.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process the refund.
Refunds may exclude original shipping fees, return shipping costs, restocking fees, or non-refundable custom order costs when applicable.
