Delivery questions

We dispatch paid orders within 3 business days via SF International or FedEx. For our covered destinations in the United States, Australia and Canada, estimated delivery is 7-10 business days after dispatch. Carrier or customs delays can affect this estimate. Import duties, import taxes and related customs clearance fees charged after arrival in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. Any applicable taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Cancel before shipment

You can cancel an order free of charge before it has shipped. Email info@fuguijewelry.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Quality issues and order support

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item or option concerned, and a description of the issue. For a quality issue, send clear photos and a video showing the problem. If the issue cannot be shown that way, contact us so we can arrange another way to assess it.

We will reply and arrange the next steps within 2 business days after receiving the details. We bear the costs of resolving confirmed quality issues, including any necessary return shipping.
