For a damaged, faulty, incorrect or misdescribed item, send your order details and supporting photos/video. We reply and arrange next steps within two business days of receiving the details. We cover the cost of resolving confirmed quality issues, including necessary return shipping.
Cancel free before shipment. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. An exceptional non-quality return requires prior written agreement and a fee of 50% of the amount paid for the returned merchandise after discounts; confirmed quality issues and legal remedies are exempt.

Find your ring size
For the most reliable fit, use a ring sizer or visit a jeweler.
- Measure the finger on the hand where you will wear the ring.
- Check that the sizer passes comfortably over your knuckle and fits securely at the base.
- The illustrated chart below is a general, approximate sizing reference. If measurements differ, the finger circumference listed in this product’s options takes priority.
Measure at a comfortable room temperature and recheck at another time. Band width can change the fit.

Use a ring sizer or ask a jeweler for the most reliable fit. The paper-strip method gives a rough estimate.
- Wrap a paper strip around the finger where the ring will sit.
- Mark the point where the ends of the strip meet.
- Lay the strip flat and measure the marked length. This is the finger circumference.

Fit notes
1. Measure 2–3 times to check consistency.
2. The ring must pass over the knuckle comfortably. Keep the strip comfortable rather than pulling it too tight.

The base material is S925 sterling silver: a silver alloy containing 92.5% silver. Available finish colors are listed with this product’s options.
- White gold color — layers from the silver base outward
- S925 silver base → silver plating 3 µm → palladium 0.03 µm → rhodium 0.03 µm → 18K white gold plating 0.03 µm.
- Other colors — layers from the silver base outward
- S925 silver base → silver plating 3 µm → palladium 0.03 µm → 18K gold plating 0.03 µm → electrophoretic lacquer (e-coating).
The 18K gold finish is plated over sterling silver. White gold is a gold alloy.

Keep your jewelry looking its best
- Clean gently with lukewarm water, a little mild soap and a soft brush. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, using household chemicals or doing activities that can knock or bend it.
- Store each piece separately in a dry, soft-lined pouch or box.
- Check the setting and clasp regularly. Stop wearing a piece with a loose stone or damaged fitting and contact us.
Silver can tarnish and plated finishes wear over time. Avoid abrasive polishing compounds and harsh chemical cleaners on plated surfaces.

Cleaning products
Use a mild cleanser, such as a jewelry cleaning solution suitable for your piece or mild soapy water. Avoid bleach, strong acids and strong alkalis that can damage delicate surfaces or metal settings. Never use toilet cleaners, heavy-duty kitchen degreasers or similar harsh household products on your jewelry.
Cleaning tools
Use a soft brush, such as a soft children’s toothbrush. Avoid stiff or abrasive tools to protect delicate surfaces and the setting. Dry with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth, such as a microfiber lens cloth. Avoid rough towels or paper.
Care precautions
During wear. Remove jewelry before strenuous exercise or heavy manual work to reduce knocks that can chip stones or distort settings. Take it off before hair coloring, perming or contact with chemicals. Remove it before hot springs: minerals and other substances in the water can affect the jewelry.
Storage. Store moissanite jewelry separately so that pieces do not rub together. Use jewelry-box compartments lined with soft fabric or foam. Keep the storage area dry; a small desiccant packet can help reduce moisture-related marks and metal discoloration.
Regular checks. Every 2–3 months, check for loose or worn stones, bent settings and changes to the metal finish. Seek professional advice if a stone or setting is loose.
